Shipping methods

1. PICK-UP FROM THE STORE
Dioni Gallery gives you the opportunity to pick up the products yourself from our store, in Athens. When the customer wants to pick up their order from the store, they should contact one of our representatives to inform them of the available products and the times they would like to pick up the product from our store. If the customer does not show up for pick-up, the order will be on hold for another day and then canceled.

2. SHIPPING WITH ELTA
In the areas of Greece that the courier company does not cover with its network or the cost is quite high in relation to the value of the products in your order, shipping is done via ELTA. and delivery is usually made from 3 - 10 business days.

3. SHIPPING BY COURIER
Your order will be shipped by courier and delivery will usually take 1-3 business days. In some remote areas, shipping by courier may be impossible or may be classified as a remote/hard-to-reach area. In such cases, shipping will be done via ELTA.
Shipping costs are calculated depending on the volume and weight of the products and the destination of your order.

4. BY TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
For heavy products, over 20 kilos, shipping is done by a transport company, throughout Greece.
The goods are shipped by the transport company from Mykonos to Athens, which delivers the goods to another transport company in the customer's area. If the delivery is to Athens, then the goods are received by the transport company.

Shipping costs are calculated after agreement with the shipping companies. With this shipping method you can only pay for your purchases by deposit into a bank account.
