1. GENERAL TERMS
The company's primary concern is to provide the terms governing the rights and obligations of Dioni Gallery to all of you who will visit its websites and which aims to inform you about your own rights and obligations and to better serve you in the search and acquisition of the products you wish to purchase from its store.
2. PERSONAL DATA
A necessary condition for the start of the transaction between us is the disclosure of some of your personal information. 5. CANCELLING AN ORDER

6 PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return the products you purchased within 7 days from the date of receipt. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the products. Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without their packaging having been unsealed or tampered with and without having been used, along with the retail receipt or invoice. To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong item, etc.). 7. REFUND / PAYMENT CANCELLATION
In the event of an order cancellation, or product return, the full cost will be paid to the buyer's bank account (if the order has been made by bank deposit), or the transaction will be canceled (if it has been made by credit card), within 5 days of receipt of the product.
8. PRICES OF PRODUCTS FOR SALE
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs for each product include VAT. These prices relate to the quantities available in our warehouse, while Dioni Gallery reserves the right to adjust prices.
